Bioconductor Git Credentials

Welcome! This site allows package authors to manage their credentials for the Bioconductor Git repository. To use this interface you must have current access to a package in the Bioconductor repository.

Activate Account

If you currently maintain a Bioconductor package an account has been created for you in the credentials database. If you want to modify your information, e.g., add SSH keys, change email, etc. you need to activate your account.

To activate your account enter an email and password. The password is case sensitive. The email should be the one associated with your Bioconductor package. Most likely this is the email in your GitHub account or in the DESCRIPTION file of the package you maintain. If the email does not match what we have on file you'll get an error.

An activation link will be sent to the email you provide.
